Apple expands Embassy Zenith footprint to nearly 4 lakh sq ft; 10-year lease to cost ₹1,333 crore

This expansion follows Apple’s earlier lease in April 2025 of 2.68 lakh sq ft spanning the fifth to 13th floors in the same tower, at a monthly rental of ₹6.35 crore at the same per sq ft rate
